PHINMA strengthens leadership team with three Vice President appointments

PHINMA Corporation’s Board of Directors has appointed (L-R) Rey A. Cervera as Vice President for Steel, Danielle R. del Rosario as Vice President for Insulated Panels and Solar Energy,
and Maria Monica H. Cueto-Mamites as Vice President for Corporate Services and Planning and Chief Risk Officer.
PHINMA Corporation announced the appointment of three new Vice Presidents, bolstering its senior leadership team as the Group advances its core businesses.
The Board of Directors has elevated three homegrown leaders who bring extensive industry knowledge and proven track records to their expanded roles. These appointments reflect PHINMA’s long-standing investment in developing talent from within and strengthening organizational capabilities to reach even more underserved communities across the Philippines.
PHINMA Corp. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ramon R. del Rosario, Jr. said the appointments are a testament to the Group’s commitment to developing its own people into strong, competent leaders who will further drive our mission of making lives better.
“Developing strong businesses begins with strong leaders. We believe these appointments will further deepen PHINMA’s capacity to grow responsibly while doing our part in building the nation”, said Mr. del Rosario.
The three newly appointed Vice Presidents are Rey A. Cervera as Vice President for Steel, Danielle R. del Rosario as Vice President for Insulated Panels and Solar Energy, and Maria Monica H. Cueto-Mamites as Vice President for Corporate Services and Planning and Chief Risk Officer (CRO).
Mr. Cervera, now PHINMA’s Vice President for Steel, will also lead Union Galvasteel Corporation (UGC) as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Cervera previously served as UGC’s Chief Operating Officer and brings decades of experience in construction materials in the Philippines and overseas. He will focus on revitalizing PHINMA’s steel roofing and cladding business to meet evolving construction demands while leveraging UGC’s 60-year legacy Union brand.
“Drawing from our decades-long experience, UGC will continue bolstering our products designed to build better lives and stronger communities. For every construction project supported with durable, innovative steel solutions, our team further strengthens the PHINMA Group’s overall commitment to building a better nation,” said Mr. Cervera.
Ms. del Rosario has been named Vice President for Insulated Panels and Solar Energy and will concurrently serve as President and CEO of both Union Insulated Panel Corporation (UIPC) and PHINMA Solar Energy Corporation (PSEC). Previously the Chief Operating Officer of both businesses, Ms. del Rosario is leading PHINMA’s push for sustainable building solutions, advancing food security through cold storage and delivering clean renewable energy for commercial and industrial sectors. UIPC’s new manufacturing facility in Porac, Pampanga will launch in July 2026, with the capacity to produce over one million square meters of insulated panels annually.
“We help build the foundations of progress through high-quality, low-carbon, and energy-efficient construction solutions that support both urban and rural development while reducing environmental impact. These are deliberate choices to create meaningful impact and help build a better, brighter Philippines,” said Ms. del Rosario.
As VP Corporate Services and Planning and CRO, Ms. Cueto-Mamites brings into the role her extensive leadership experience from the PHINMA Construction Materials Group, where she served as Vice President for Business Development, Risk Officer, and Technical Assistant to the Group CEO, leading business planning, investment analysis, deals execution, and enterprise risk management.
The leadership appointments come as PHINMA continues to scale its businesses across education, construction materials, housing, and hospitality, reinforcing the Group’s focus on long‑term growth and impact.
