Sheila M. Barce is the Assistant Vice President, Finance of PHINMA Corporation.

She is concurrently the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Union Galvasteel Corp. and the Controller of PHINMA Insurance Brokers Inc.

She was previously a Senior Finance Manager at PHINMA Corp. and PHINMA Energy Corp. and Controller of PHINMA Foundation Inc.

Ms. Barce is a Certified Public Accountant and she completed her Executive Master of Business Administration Program in Singapore Management University. She also received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the Ateneo De Naga University, cum laude, and Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman. She attended the CFO Leadership Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management in 2023.
