Roberto M. Laviña is a member of PHINMA Corporation’s Board of Advisers.

He is concurrently the Chairman of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation , PHINMA Insurance Brokerage, Inc..and PHINMA Foundation Inc. Mr Laviña is also a Director of PHINMA, Inc. and several companies in the PHINMA Group.

He also assumed various leadership roles in PHN including Director and Senior Executive Vice President – Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Laviña holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Ateneo de Manila University and a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management. He also finished the Program for Management Development at Harvard University.
