Robert James G. Pabustan was appointed as Assistant Vice President, Business Development in April 2024.

He is concurrently the Chief Financial Officer of PHINMA CoHo Corporation (PHINMA Community Housing) effective April 2026. In July 2025, he served as the Finance Head of PHINMA Community Housing.

Mr. Pabustan’s previous positions in the PHINMA Group include: AVP – Supply Chain for PHINMA’s construction materials businesses, AVP – Treasurer for South Luzon Thermal Energy Corporation, and AVP – Strategic Planning for PHINMA Corp.

Mr. Pabustan earned his BA in Humanities (Business Administration) from the University of Asia & the Pacific and his Master’s degree in Business Management (Finance) from the Asian Institute of Management.
