Robert James G. Pabustan was appointed as Assistant Vice President, Business Development in April 2024.

He previously held several AVP roles in strategic planning, treasury (SLTEC), and supply chain (Construction Materials Group).

Mr. Pabustan earned his BA in Humanities (Business Administration) from the University of Asia & the Pacific and his Master’s degree in Business Management (Finance) from the Asian Institute of Management.
