Rey A. Cervera was appointed as Vice President – Steel of PHINMA Corporation effective April 1, 2026. He is concurrently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Galvasteel Corporation, which offers high-quality, durable, and innovative steel products under our legacy Union brand. Prior to his appointment, he was the Chief Operating Officer of UGC.

His previous leadership positions under the PHINMA Construction Materials Group include UGC Senior Vice President for Supply Chain and SVP New Divisions and Philcement Corporation Senior Vice President for Supply Chain and Commercial. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Philippine Iron and Steel Institute and Board of Director of CDCC Builders, Inc., the construction arm of PHINMA Property Holdings Corp.

Mr. Cervera completed his Master in Business Administration and B.S. Chemical Engineering degree at the University of the Philippines – Diliman.
