Maria Monica H. Cueto-Mamites was appointed Vice President for Corporate Services and Planning, and Chief Risk Officer of PHINMA Corporation effective 17 April 2026.

She joined PHINMA Corporation in 2025 as Assistant Vice President for Corporate Services and Planning. Prior to this, she held key leadership roles within the PHINMA Construction Materials Group from 2022 to 2025, serving as Vice President for Business Development, Risk Officer, and Technical Assistant to the CEO. In these roles, she led business planning, investment analysis, deals execution, and enterprise risk management, and served as the subject matter expert on cement tariffs and regulations. She began her career within the group as Business Development Manager.

Prior to joining the PHINMA Group, Ms. Cueto-Mamites built a strong foundation in strategy and operations through progressively senior roles at Holcim Philippines, Inc. She further expanded her experience through roles at Shopee Philippines, Inc. and ZESI Consulting.

Ms. Cueto-Mamites holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in Business Management, graduating cum laude, from De La Salle University. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia, graduating with Sobresaliente, the highest distinction.
