Ms. Karen B. Seno is the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources of PHINMA, Inc., the parent company of PHINMA Corporation. She took up Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts major in Broadcast Journalism at De La Salle University and studied Organizational Development at the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development. She completed the Chief Human Resource Officer Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
