Danielle R. del Rosario was appointed as Vice President – Insulated Panels and Solar Energy of PHINMA Corporation effective April 1, 2026. She is concurrently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Union Insulated Panel Corporation (UIPC) and PHINMA Solar Energy Corporation (PSEC) where she also serves on the Board of Directors, leading PHINMA’s response to climate change and the country’s food security crisis through integrated building solutions. Prior to this appointment, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of UIPC and PSEC.

Ms. del Rosario is also a Director of PhilCement Mindanao Corporation, PHINMA-University of Pangasinan and PHINMA Microtel Hotels, Inc. She is a Trustee of the De La Salle University and an Adviser to the PHINMA-DLSU Center for Business and Society. She is also a member of the Makati Business Club, Management Association of the Philippines, and Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines.

Her previous positions within the PHINMA Group include Chief Risk Officer and Director for Strategy of PHINMA Corp.; Head of Sales and Marketing and Head of Corporate Affairs for PHINMA Energy Corp.; and Program Director for PHINMA Foundation. Before joining PHINMA, she also worked in the wealth advisory and management segments of Citibank and BDO Private Bank.

Ms. del Rosario obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accountancy (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines Diliman and her Master in Business Administration from the Regis University joint program with the Ateneo Graduate School of Business with highest academic distinction.
