Make Life Better. This is
the dream that PHINMA wishes to make a reality. Every task we perform,
large or small, is part of a bigger picture to make life better for our
fellow Filipinos. We target our Filipino brothers who are all equally
deserving of a better quality of life.
PHINMA has this capability, in resources and manpower, and we take every
opportunity to make this our responsibility so that every Filipino can
live a dignified life.
The Launching of University of Pangasinan |

On November 15, 2009, the Pangasinense community came together for a Thanksgiving Mass and the Inauguration of the new University of Pangasinan – PHINMA on campus grounds.
Newly-appointed Archbishop Socrates B. Villegas, D.D. of Lingayen-Dagupan presided over the holy mass, and gave thanks for the safety and well-being of Pangasinan, and for the generosity of UPang employees who volunteered their service during the onslaught of super typhoon Pepeng. This is one of the Archbishop’s first masses since his appointment as Archbishop.
The Inauguration marked the official launch of the University of Pangasinan-PHINMA to the public. Members of the Board of Trustees and of the Administration Council were presented the new look of UPang, as well as future plans to improve the school. Guests included representatives from the business, education, medical, and government sectors, as well as members of the UPang community.
As the first and oldest university joined forces with PHINMA and Victory Liner, new and modern facilities, stronger course offerings, and an increasingly competent and caring faculty came together to create a bigger, better University of Pangasinan-PHINMA for the community. UPang-PHINMA. Our Heritage. Our Future.
